Purchasing merchandise from vvnp.us and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions, and any other rules posted on our sites. Please read carefully before placing any orders on vvnp.us.

We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18.

We may modify the T&C from time to time. Please read the T&C and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the T&C then you must immediately stop using the site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

HOW TO ORDER AND DELIVERY

<Security and payment transmission>

Online payment service is provided by PayDollar. Customers' payment details are securely transmitted to the acquiring bank, card and payment companies for real-time transaction authorisation using Extended Validation Certificates (EV) SSL transaction encryption.

<Return / Exchange>
In the case of:
(1) The merchandise is different from what the customer ordered
(wrong shipment).
(2) The merchandise is defective.
(3) The merchandise is damaged.

Please include all items unused in the set and designer packaging (included item or accessory like dust bag, clothes tags, etc.) in their original condition that it was delivered, if not, we will not be able to process your request.
We do not accept item(s) that are worn, washed, altered, soiled, damaged (cosmetics, fragrance, smells included) or the shape has been changed by the trial fitting and may be sent back to the customers.
Items should be returned in their original packaging is also to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
You are reminded that you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse.
Upon arrival of the returned merchandise, we will ship the new merchandise.

SHOES
Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, their original packaging, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

LINGERIE & SWIMWEAR
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled.

FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original credit card company, paydollar account that was used to purchase the merchandise or store credit. In the event of a refund through a credit card or paydollar, exchange rates applied to the amount billed for the merchandise and shipping and handling charges may differ from those at refund.

Please note paydollar refunds may take up to 10 business days and a credit card refund may take as long as 2 months for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
